Use of Flagcross

Flagcross is a client-side tool that translates feature-flag exports between platform formats. It is provided free of charge, as-is, with no warranty of any kind. By using Flagcross, you accept these terms.

No warranty

Flagcross is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The translation output is a best-effort conversion — you are responsible for verifying translated rules in a non-production environment before deploying them.

No liability

In no event shall Agen2ic, LLC be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of Flagcross. The tool is a static client-side page — it does not process, store, or transmit your data — and any decision to use its output in a production environment is yours alone.

No service-level guarantees

Flagcross is provided without any uptime, availability, or performance commitment. The site may be unavailable, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Billing and payments

Flagcross is currently free of charge. There are no subscriptions, no usage caps, and no payment required. The translation tool is available to everyone without an account or payment method.

If paid capabilities are introduced in the future — such as bulk processing, CI pipeline integration, or custom platform-pair mappings — pricing will be announced on the pricing page before any charges apply. At that point this section will be updated with the full billing terms: what is purchased, the price, the billing period (monthly or annual), the failed-payment retry process, and the refund policy. All charges will be displayed in advance before any payment is collected.

LaunchDarkly, Unleash, and Split are trademarks of their respective owners. Flagcross is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. The Flagcross name and mark are the property of Agen2ic, LLC.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States of America.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be published at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use of Flagcross after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
